7 Brides for 7 Brothers! (Well, not really)

Okay, back in the spring I found out that several of my cousins were getting married. One of them decided to wait (good move!), but the others decided to go ahead and jump the broomstick! There were 3 weddings in 6 weeks on my Dad's side of the family. I failed to keep all of the pictures on my camera card so I only have the pictures of the last wedding. My cousin Michael got married first. He married Donna, who by the way has a really cute little red headed girl named Faith. Both very welcomed to our family. Next was my cousin Jason. He married Christie. Christie might have well as been family already. She grew up next door to me. She is my sister's age so we were always around each other growing up. The last to get married was my cousin Crystal. She married Opey. The pictures you see here are of Crystal and Opey.

This is Crystal and my cousin Brandon.

This is my sister and Opey's brother Andy. Yes, I am serious his name is Opey and his brother's name is Andy. I am not quite sure of the story behind that.

Family Shots

Here are some pics from our summer.

This is Justin and his Uncle Barry (Jill's brother). Anybody see a resemblence? I guess I know what I have to look forward to.

This is from our trip to Branson to meet Jill's family.

This is my Dad and my nephew Hunter at my Dad's 50th birthday party.

Electrical Boxes

Here are the latest photos. We now have all of the electrical boxes cut. We did get some logs put down on Sunday. We got the second round of garage logs taped, glued, and screwed down. That is very exciting to me. It still isn't as much progress as I would like, but I'll take what I can get!!!

Helpers

Somehow I forgot to post the pictures of the guys unloading the logs. So, here they are.

Logs Down

I have been meaning to post these for a while, but just haven't had time. Here is a picture of the latest on the house. The first is a picture of the logs we have down so far. The second is a picture of my fabulous front porch. This is my favorite part of the house (so far, I think the kitchen may give it a run for it's money). The porch runs the length of the front of the house. It is 8 feet wide and 42 feet long!
